Facility
Security
- WebQA production equipment is located in a world
class data center with approximately 141,000 sq.
ft. of raised flooring. This data center houses
WebQA servers, including redundant firewalls,
routers, web servers, database servers and application
servers. In addition, WebQA utilizes another facility
to provide true infrastructure redundancy. Data
and content is systematically backed up, via IPSEC
VPN, to this separate data center to minimize
the impact of a catastrophic event. To handle
this high level redundancy, WebQA employs F5 3DNS
servers.
Data Ownership
- All data entered into WebQA applications by
a client is owned by that client. WebQA applications
provide tools for you to export your data at
anytime to an Excel file.
Data Encryption
- An approved encryption method (e.g. 128 bit
encryption) will be used when transmitting any
information over a network that is not trusted.
Furthermore, any information stored on the customer
computers by the web application, in the form
of cookies, will also be encrypted.
Backups
- Nightly incremental backups are performed
to separate servers and drives. These are also
pushed to the backup data center on a near real
time basis. Full weekly backups are performed
and moved offsite.
